One end of the cone yarn spindle is movably connected with the fixing column, the friction control component comprises a friction disc and a friction crank arm provided with a crank arm shaft, and the friction disc is arranged at the other end of the cone yarn spindle; a groove is arranged in the cylindrical surface of the friction disc; the friction crank arm comprises a friction end and a driving end, and the friction end is matched with the groove in contour.
