With the pre-primary cause of the increasing level of priority,kindergarten teacher quality is concerned by the government,society,parents,and strengthening the training of new teachers for kindergarten has become the focus of each teacher education institution.In practice,we are creating a new type of training environment by using a combination of centralized and hierarchical form of training,and guiding each kindergarten to explore actively in mentoring pair,network learning,collective classes,mutual observation,education consultation,etc,thereby realizing simultaneous promotion of the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of teachers,and promote the organic unity of organizational goals and personal goals,but also make the overall learning atmosphere in a kindergarten and self-education awareness of teachers raise together.
