The invention discloses a low voltage line voltage regulating device comprising a DSP chip, an AC/DC rectifying inverter circuit, three DC/DC conversion circuits, storage batteries, a first photoelectric coupler and three second photoelectric couplers, wherein the AC end of the AC/DC rectifying inverter circuit is connected with a power grid, the DC end of the AC/DC rectifying inverter circuit is respectively connected with the three DC/DC conversion circuits, the three DC/DC conversion circuits are connected with the storage batteries respectively, the DSP chip is connected with the AC/DC rectifying inverter circuit through the first photoelectric coupler, the three DC/DC conversion circuits are in one-to-one correspondence with the three second photoelectric couplers, the DSP chip is connected with the DC/DC conversion circuit corresponding to the DSP chip through one second photoelectric coupler, and the DSP chip is connected with the storage batteries and the power grid. The low voltage line voltage regulating device fundamentally solves the line problem caused by short-term load increase of a line.
