The invention relates to a hydrocyclone with an improved structure. The hydrocyclone with the improved structure is characterized by comprising an overflow pipe, a feeding pipe, a cylindrical section, a connection structure, water injection structures, a conical section and an underflow pipe, wherein the overflow pipe and the cylindrical section are connected by welding, the feeding pipe and the cylindrical section are connected by welding, the cylindrical section, the connection structure and the conical section are connected by flanges, two water injection structures are arranged and respectively located at the middle part and the lower part of the conical section, and the underflow pipe and the conical section are connected through a screw thread. According to the improved structure provided by the invention, the service life of the hydrocyclone is prolonged and the corrosion to the equipment is reduced. Since the smooth arc surfaces of the cylindrical section and the conical section of the hydrocyclone replace the original straight line crossing structure, a low pressure region generated by the original transition structure can be avoided, and sequentially, the impact force generated by the low pressure region is reduced; by structure innovation of the hydrocyclone, the fine particle separation efficiency is improved, and the hydrocyclone is compact in structure and convenient to operate.
