The paper used questionnaires survey,individual interviews,information retrieval,conversazione and other methods to find the current problems in efficiency of hospital administration,to explore measures to improve administrative efficiency,enhance the administrative management,in order to facilitate effectivly the management,to better serve the medical,teaching and research work.
