Advances in Sentinel Lymph node of Breast Cancer

The status of axillary lymphnodes is the most important prognosis anticipation factor for breast cancer.Though sentinel lymph node biopsy has been widely adopted during the past decade,its accuracy and false negative rate are still debated topics.This article mainly discusses the factors which have effects on the accu-racy and the false negative rate and some problems of this technique which have not been solved yet.
