Respuesta a nota del 9.03.11 (March 9, 2011)

This is an email chain beginning with a response from the Provincial Director of Mining and Energy Resources (Mineria y Recursos Energeticos), Dr. Martin Sanchez, to a note from March 9, 2011. He refers the students to other government ministries and provides telephone numbers for them. This response is forwarded to Maria Julia Giorgelli with ADC, the Association for Civil Rights in Argentina. Although she says the response is not ideal, she does not think it is such a horrible response.
