Un outil d'aide à la décision pour la planification des opérations de maintenance d'une éolienne offshore
2016
The industry of production of marine energy including the offshore wind energy faces some research and development issues
in terms of technological solutions and economical profitability. Nowadays, and especially in the context of on-shore wind
energy, the maintenance organizations are more corrective- and reactive-oriented than preventive, and preventive is only
related to the regulations or warranties which are usually not optimized in terms of productivity. The problem of the
maintenance planning is here addressed through some of the maintenance actions which can be periodically planned and
other ones can be planned in a reactive way in respect to the maintenance opportunities and setting or production constraints.
Another contribution of our model is the decision will be based on the beliefs of the health state of the windturbine as functions
of SCADA data correlated to known failure modes rather than classical reliability distributions. After a brief description of the
decision-making tool with the concepts of the maintenance model, we propose to discuss several numerical experiments to
highlight the roles of the decision parameters and the behavior of the maintenance policies as a function of some costs
parameters.
