A management server (A) detects an event pertaining to a problem arising at a predetermined management object, (B) when there are a plurality of the detected event, determines the event importance of the plurality of events, (C) in sequence from the event having the highest event importance determined in (B), executes an on-demand deployment for generating causality information from a predetermined causality on the basis of topology and an event propagation model, (D) records that a detection event has arising with respect to the predetermined causality, and (E) analyzes the detection event using the predetermined causality.
