Study and Bardware Implementation of a Fuzzy Edge Detection Algorithm

The effects of fuzzy factors on the result of edge detection in image edge detection algorithm based on fuzzy theory is intorduced. Through a large number of experiments, typical experimental results are used to show and discuss the optimum range of values of the fuzzy factors and their effects on image edge detection and image enhancement. An objective method is used for comparative evaluation. Finally the hardware implementation of this kind of algoritm is given.
