The invention discloses a method for designing a loading track for multi-pass roll bending of a wall plate and generating a numerical control code. The method is a parameterized design method for the loading track based on a Jammes 10008 tri-axial numerical control roll bending machine. The pressing volume of an upper roller at a section is calculated according to a forming curvature to solve at the extension of the driving mechanisms, and a corresponding numerical control code is obtained by referring to nominal data. According to the parameterized design method, a basic interface can be supplied to the optimization of the loading track, the demand on a parameter optimizing design for a roll bending technique of the wall plate is met, and the efficiency of optimizing design for the loading track is promoted. Compared with the traditional method for roughly confirming a technical process and parameters based on experience analysis and repeated bending tests, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that initial technical parameters and the corresponding numerical control code are quickly obtained and the test efficiency and the quality of parts are promoted.
