2015
The article presents the results of an experimental treatment of inflammatory diseases of skin using immobilized on the basis of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose preparations containing «Miramistin» and «Metronidazolum» in comparison with officinal ointment "Levomekol." Experiments were performed on 144 white male rats Wistar weighing 180,0 ± 20,0. The animals on the back of purulent wound size of 15x15. In each series, the animals are cleaned daily debridement one of the drugs. It has been proven that the use of immobilized preparations based NaCMC in treatment of purulent wounds and sorbent have a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect in the exudation inflammation phase, and in the regeneration phase epithelization process occurs more actively. The study confirmed the effectiveness of the developed drugs in the treatment of septic wounds, due to the high sorption activity and prolonged antimicrobial effect of immobilized components.
