The invention discloses a segmented filtering processing-based uterine myoelectric intensity information extraction method, which comprises the following steps of A1, collecting uterine myoelectric signals of pregnant and lying-in women, and recording the uterine myoelectric signals as original uterine myoelectric signals; step A2, identifying the outbreak wave band and the non-outbreak wave band of the uterine electromyographic signals; a3, carrying out filtering processing in different modes on different signal wave bands of the uterine electromyographic signals, and eliminating pulse noise interference in the uterine electromyographic signals; step A4, extracting the uterine electromyographic signal envelope by using an envelope extraction algorithm. The uterine myoelectricity intensity signal extraction method can effectively remove the influence of the impulsive noise on the extraction of the uterine myoelectricity intensity signal, suppress false wave peaks generated by the impulsive noise, and obtain the more smooth uterine myoelectricity intensity signal, so that the accuracy of clinical detection results and the observability of waveforms are greatly improved, the clinical misjudgment rate is reduced, further the uterine contraction monitoring by using the uterine myoelectricity intensity signal becomes possible, and the actual clinical application is facilitated.
