The modified rubber masterbatch comprises uncrosslinked rubber and nitrile rubber particles dispersed therein having a crosslinked structure; the nitrile rubber particles, the average particle diameter of 50 ~ 200nm, a gel content of 60% by weight or higher; uncrosslinked rubber is styrene; crosslinked nitrile rubber particles of said non-crosslinked rubber is 20︰80 weight ratio greater than, less than or equal to 80︰20. The polybutadiene rubber composition comprising a blend of rubber masterbatch and the modified polybutadiene rubber; polybutadiene rubber is 100 parts by weight of the modified rubber component of 1 to 70 copies. The wet performance vulcanized rubber composition is a polybutadiene rubber, rolling resistance can simultaneously be significantly improved and maintained its good abrasion resistance, can be used to prepare the tread rubber of high performance automobiles.
