Heating structure including transparent-grapheme circuit and preparation method and application of heating structure

The invention discloses a heating structure including a transparent-grapheme circuit. The structure includes a substrate layer and a grapheme-circuit layer. A main preparation method of the heating structure comprises the steps of: forming a transparent-grapheme film on a substrate of plastic or glass and the like through a chemical vapor deposition method and after etching, forming the transparent-grapheme circuit which is capable of heating after being electrified. The heating structure is applicable to a lamp cover of a street lamp and a front windscreen of an automobile and capable of preventing forming and residual of accumulated snow, ice blocks, dew, frost, haze and liquid stains on the surface so that high translucency of the street lamp is ensured and vision of a driver is not blocked and thus security hidden troubles are reduced and at the same time, convenience is also brought to life. The heating structure is also applicable to glass and plastic of traffic tools of trains, bullet trains, high-speed rails and planes and the like, which are thus free from ice and snow backlog in cold weather so that loss is reduced and convenience is also brought.
