Device for sealing and generating electrical pulse in bearing

PURPOSE: To prevent a connection wiring from being cut by forming a pulse generator for detecting a rotary movement and a seal part provided with a plurality of cells for operating the pulse generator in a bearing ring, rotating the bearing ring with respect to the seal part and preventing the seal part from rotating by mechanical parts for housing the bearing ring. CONSTITUTION: Bearing rings 4 and 19 can rotate with respect to a seal part 2 and the seal part 2 is prevented from rotating by mechanical parts 1 for housing the bearing rings 4 and 9 therein. The pulse generator 13 is disposed together with the seal part 2 corresponding thereto inside or outside in the radial direction. A connection for preventing the relative rotation between the bearing rings 4 and 19 and the seal part 2 for supporting the pulse generator 13 is not formed, but the seal part 2 itself is connected to the mechanical parts 1. The seal part 2 whose self-rotation is prevented also holds the pulse generator 13 in its part, so that a wiring 18 connected to the fixed part of a travel device side is not influenced therefrom.
