High-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particle examination equipment for turbine blades

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of non-destructive testing of steam turbine equipment for a nuclear power station, in particular to high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particle examination equipment for turbine blades. The aim of designing the high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particle examination equipment for last three levels of blades of a low pressure rotor of a turbine is achieved. The blades of different types and dimensions can be placed on a detecting platform, the position of the blade detecting platform can be adjusted up and down and left and right through electric control, and fine cracks on the blades of the low-pressure rotor of the turbine can be effectively detected. The high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particle examination equipment is characterized by comprising a magnetic suspension spraying pipe, a coil cylinder, the detecting platform, a guide rail, a magnetic suspension recovery container, a centrifugal pump, a moving control button, a fan, a magnetizing coil, a pedal switch, a wheel and a main frame. A detected component can be moved left and right and up and down through electric control, the process of manually carrying or moving the thick blades is omitted, and the proportion of manpower resources is lowered.
