Design of Two-Outputs Polymer Photonic RF Phase Shifter

A new two-outputs polymer photonic RF phase shifter,which the band-wide is 12 GHz,is designed in this paper. The waveguide structure and the electrode system are simulated,and the output characteristic of the phase shifter is analyzed as well.The designed phase shifter could realize 360°continuous linear phase shift at the two ports,and the output power fluctuation is less than 3 dB.The device has good phase-shifting performance,small size,and is favourable for array integration.
