Research on series effective fracture criterions of concrete based on nmerical simulation

The load versus loading point displacement curves of a series concrete fracture destructive tests are obtained by simulating the loading process of this series tests with finite element method based on the ANSYS software platform.Based on the linear asymptotic superposition assumption,the critical effective crack length of the specimen at the time of unstable fracture is calculated by analyzing these curves.The effective fracture toughness is calculated by inserting the maximum load of numerical simulation and the critical effective crack length into a formula developed from LEFM.In the end,the series effective fracture criterions of concrete based on numerical simulation are established by analyzing the results of effective fracture toughness of the series test.
