Completion method for igniting well of in-situ combustion

2015
The invention provides a completion method for an igniting well of in-situ combustion. The method comprises the following steps: lowering an inner lining pipe with a hanger in a casing pipe of an igniting well, through the hanger, hanging the inner lining pipe on the inner wall of the casing pipe; using kill fluid to inject cement between the inner lining pipe and the casing pipe for well cementation; using a perforating gun to perforate on the pipe walls of the inner lining pipe and the casing pipe, then lowering an oil pipe in the casing pipe of the igniting well, injecting an inert gas in an oil jacket annular space of the casing pipe and the oil pipe, the inert gas pressing the kill fluid from the end of the oil pipe in, the end of the oil pipe being far away from the wellhead of the igniting well, and pressing the kill fluid out of the igniting well from the end of the oil close to the wellhead; and then lifting out the oil pipe from the igniting well, lowering an injection pipe with a check valve in the igniting well, igniting in the injection pipe, and injecting oxygen, injecting the inert gas into the annular space between the injection pipe and the casing pipe, the inert gas entering the injection pipe through the check valve, and together with oxygen, the inert gas being injected into an oil layer through a perforation. The completion method can reduce corrosion of the casing pipe in high temperature environment.
