The invention relates to a device and a method for preparing embossment wallpaper by gas phase differentiation, and belongs to the field of a building decoration material. The device mainly comprises a pressing roller, a high pressure container and a printing device. The method comprises the following steps: rolling and recombining a substrate with a thin plastic film to form a coiled composite material, then putting the coiled composite material into the high pressure container with controllable temperature and pressure, introducing supercritical gas, regulating the temperature and pressure in the high pressure container to set values, saturating the composite material for a certain period of time in the supercritical gas. The method provided by the invention mainly comprises a product film foaming process route, a blow-molding process route and a cast film process route; part of supercritical CO2 is added in the film in the film manufacturing process of the blow-molding process or the casting process, continuous foaming and saturating are realized in the high pressure container, the plasticity is strong, a plurality of processing and forming methods can be used, the wallpapers with various patterns and styles can be processed, no residue is generated in the foaming process, the method is green and environmental protection; furthermore, the plastic wallpaper prepared by the process has stable performance.
