Curativeeffect of budesonide inhalation on acute laryngitis in children

Objective To study the curative effect of inhalation budesonide suspl on acute laryngitis in children. Method 67 children with acute laryngitis were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group received atomization inhalation of budesonide suspl.The control group received dexamethasom intravenously. Efficacy of two groups was compared. Result There was significant difference in the effects between observation group and control group (P<0.005). Conclusion Atomization inhalation of budesonide suspl for children with acute laryngitis showed fast and good effect and with little side effect.
