Analysis on the Coupling Coordination Degree between Industrial Transfer and Intensive Land Use of Development Zones: Taking Six Development Zones in Wuhu City Urban Area as an example

Taking six development zones in Wuhu City urban area as an example,by constructing evaluation index system and coupling coordination model of land intensive use and industry transfer,the coupling coordination relationship was analyzed,the coupling coordination degree between intensive land use and industry transfer of the six development zones in Wuhu City in 2012 was calculated. The results showed that: In2012,the coupling coordination degree between intensive land use and industrial transfer of the development zone in Wuhu City is in antagonistic period except Wuhu economic and technological development zone which is in the breaking-in period. The coupling coordination degree is between [0. 40,0. 69],that means the degree is medium low level; From the point of coupling and coupling coordination degree,the national level development zone has no significant difference compared with the provincial level development zone; the coupling degree is lower than the coupling coordination degree of all the development zones in Wuhu City,which indicates each development zone has reached the benign resonance on the space.
