The invention provides a minimally-invasive surgery navigation device of a multi-layer shell-shaped structure. The minimally-invasive surgery navigation device of the multi-layer shell-shaped structure comprises a base plate, an inner shell and an outer shell, wherein the section of the inner shell and the section of the outer shell both semicircular, and the inner shell and the outer shell are both transparent polyethylene plates; the inner diameter of the outer shell is larger than that of the inner shell; two groups of supporting columns are arranged on the peripheral side of the base plate, the first groups of supporting columns includes four first supporting columns, the second group of supporting columns includes four second supporting columns, the four first supporting columns and the four second supporting columns are arranged side by side, and the four second supporting columns are located on the periphery of the four first supporting columns; the inner shell is arranged on the four first supporting columns, and the outer shell is arranged on the four second supporting columns. The invention further provides a using method of the minimally-invasive surgery navigation device of the multi-layer shell-shaped structure. According to the minimally-invasive surgery navigation device of the multi-layer shell-shaped structure and the using method thereof, nails can be exposed in a non-radiative mode in the whole process; manufacturing cost is low, the device can be applied and popularized in primary hospitals easily, and minimally-invasive nail implantation is achieved.
