Non-invasive synaptic plasticity detection method
2014
The method discloses a non-invasive synaptic plasticity detection method. A single-pulse TMS is adopted for stimulating a to-be-detected brain region, an electroencephalogram acquisition device is used for acquiring neuron reaction signals generated after stimulation of the TMS, then the neuron reaction signals are reduced, a brain electrical activity mapping is obtained, and the synaptic plasticity change condition is displayed. Then, the problem that human brain synaptic plasticity research is hindered by invasive detection in the prior art is solved, the defect that development of clinical research is restrained to a certain degree due to the fact that research can only be conducted in superficial brain regions such as cortex under the existing technology condition is overcome, then research on human brain synaptic plasticity is pushed, and the method can be further widely applied to clinical examination and provides a necessary objective basis for medical diagnosis and treatment.
