Approaching of the flotation and reverse flotation problems of phosphate ore through particle size analysis(IV)-sized flotation of Yichang phosphate ore

The effect of particle size on the flotation of Yichang phosphate ore was investigated in this paper and a sized flotation process was proposed aiming at improving the flotation performance of the direct-reverse flotation process.Batch flotation results indicated that flotation performance could be improved significantly and flotation reagent consumption reduced with decrease of grinding size using this route.
