The expression and significance of CyclinD1, CDK4 and P16 in mouse tumor caused by Staphylococcus aureus L-form infection.

2010
Objective To study the expressions of apoptosis inhibitor proteins CyclinD1,CDK4 and P16 in the mouse tumors caused by Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) L-form infection and in precancerous lesions, and explore their relationship.Method 90 C57 mice were infected with Staphylococcus aureus L-forms.Gram staining and immunohistochemical methods were used to determine the infection rates of Staphylococcus aureus L-form and the expressions of CyclinD1,CDK4 and P16 proteins in mice tumors and precancerous lesions.Result 11.1%(10 /90) of the mice had developed tumor and 14.4%(13 /90) had precancerous lesions. The detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus L-type in the 10 mouse tumors and 13 precancerous lesions were significantly different from those of the normal control group(P 0.01);The positive expressions of CyclinD1,CDK4 and P16 proteins were significantly different from those of normal control group(P 0.01-0.05).There was a positive correlation between the two indicators. Conclusion There may be a synergistic relation between L-type Staphylococcus aureus infection and the CyclinD1,CDK4 and P16 proteins in mouse tumor, which plays an important role in the incidence and development of tumor.
