The present study aimed to analysis condition of self-development qualities school principals of Rey city based on successful managers’ self-development model. The research method was descriptive - survey that Using Cochran's sampling formula that Sample size was determined 180 School administrators Rey by Stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. Self-development qualities questionnaire with the reliability (α =0.95) was used to collect data and Friedman test used for determine self-development condition. According to the research, Self-development needs of primary male managers were emotional resilience and mental agility; female managers elementary, balanced learning habits and skills and mental agility; selfdevelopment needs male middle schools administrators were emotional resilience ,balanced learning habits and skills and mental agility, female middle schools administrators are emotional resilience and balanced learning habits and skills; The secondary male administrators were balanced learning habits and skills and mental agility and secondary female administrators in were emotional resilience and balanced learning habits and skills needed to Self-development that Accordance with the requirements, suggestions Self-development activity in their individual development plan.
