La transformación de los estudios de comunicación en España

This article analyses the changes that European universities underwent during the last two decades as a consequence of the process of integration and development in the European Union. The author underlines the role of mobility actions (Erasmus Program) as well as the Declaration of Bologna and the constitution of the European Higher Education Area. In this context, the article explains the development of the communication studies in Spain and the model chosen by the European university to modernize their degrees. Finally, the author reflects on the impact of the European experiences in the transformation of the national systems in Latin America and their processes of integration.
