Analysis of the 3C Certification of UL Standard Appliance Wiring Material

The appliance manufacturers hope that appliance wiring wire and cable as accessory to the appliance can pass both 3C and UL certifications.At present,there is a great difference between UL and GB(Chinese National Standard) systems due to national difference in law,code and practice,which makes UL standard appliance wiring material fail to pass 3C testing.This paper analyzes the possible problems that may arise in 3C testing of UL standard appliance wiring material caused by the difference in these two standard systems.
