Изменение электролитного состава синовиальной жидкости у больных остеоартрозом коленного сустава на разных стадиях заболевания

2015
The aim of this study was to determine the performance of the electrolyte composition of the synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee at different stages of degenerative process. On the basis of 261 samples of synovial fluid of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee was observed decline in calcium and phosphorus, but the increase in the concentration of chlorides. Increasing the ratio of Ca / P in the synovial environment suggests that the concentration of phosphateion is reduced to a lesser extent than the concentration of calcium. The activity of acid and alkaline phosphatases in the synovial fluid remained unchanged during the early stages of degenerative changes in the joints. In the development stage III gonarthrosis increased alkaline phosphatase activity. Thus, in the development of degenerative-dystrophic process changes observed in the joints of the electrolyte composition of synovial fluid, almost regardless of the disease stage, except the phosphate concentration.
