Documentation services in the Basque Country: an assessment. In their different manifestations (general, specialist, public, private, internal, etc.), libraries and documentation services are key infrastructures and services in the information and knowledge society. This research examines the implementation of these services in the Basque Country, analysing their characteristics, material and human resources, and providing data about collections, services offered and users, among other items.
