[Preparing Taiwan nurses for professional practice: a discussion of current international trends].

: Taiwan is currently considering revising the minimum educational requirements for becoming a licensed registered nurse (RN). This article analyzes this issue from an international perspective within the framework of Taiwan's experience. Suggestions regarding possible approaches are given. : 由於我國目前面臨護理師人力缺乏情形，除了職場環境急待改善之外，護理師培育的方向也有討論必要性，以確保護理師人力培育符合我國市場所需，針對「註冊護理師基本教育水準」（entry into registered nurses practice）之議題，本作者參考國際推動的情形、經驗及趨勢，進行探討、剖析及提供建議以利護理界思考未來臺灣護理師養成的方向。
