: Gypsy Travellers often experience wide-ranging inequalities, associated with poor access to health services and education, discrimination, and health professionals' lack of understanding of the cultural identity and health needs of their community. This article explores nurses' attitudes to Gypsy Travellers, and discusses how overcoming bias and negativity can help address the health needs of this community.
