Left Ventricle Posterior Wall Aneurysms and Calcified Thrombus in the Aneurysmatic Area.

2013
Abstract Aneurysms can be seen a complication of myocardial infarction, generally located in the apical and anterior segments but left ventricular infero-posterior wall aneurysms are rare. After myocardial infarction left ventricular  aneurysms could be symptomatic intractable ventricular arrhytmias. We report a rare case of left ventricular  posterior wall aneurysms and calcified thrombus in the aneurysmatic area attended with ventricular tachycardia.
