Evaluation of ~(99M) Tc-MDP Bone Imaging in Allograft of Radiated Bone Incoporated with Norfloxacin and Siver

A segmental bone defect (1 cm×1 cm) models were created at skull parietal bone in 24 NanChang rabbits. They were randomly divided into the two groups on average, the bone defect was filled by the radiated allogeneic bone incorporated with norfloxacin and silver (RABNS) group (Group A) and autogeneic bone group (Group B). the effect were increased postoperatively, and were stable in the 8th, 12th week. The radioactivity showed higher in Group B than in Group A (P 0.05). RABNS has good osteogenic ability.
