Self-adaptive optical grating splicing error control method

The invention discloses a self-adaptive optical grating splicing error control method which can reduce the optical grating splicing difficulty and improve the splicing stability. A sub optical grating to be spliced is spliced and fixed. The optical grating stability is improved. A far field focal spot is displayed through a scientific level matrix CCD. Data are generated through a sensor array. Splicing error data analyzing is carried out through a far field synchronous monitoring system. A splicing error is compensated through an error compensation mirror. The splicing difficulty is effectively reduced. Real-time control can be carried out on the splicing error.
