Flexible shaft connecting link mechanism for double-accelerator control

2010
The invention discloses a flexible shaft connecting link mechanism for double-accelerator control, which belongs to a constant or variable-rotating speed machine for use on a skid steer loader. One end of a hand accelerator of a connecting link is connected with a hand accelerator assembly, while the other end is connected with a foot treadle flexible shaft support; a foot treadle is connected with the foot treadle flexible shaft support; the foot treadle extends downward from the position of a rotating shaft; a return spring is arranged between the extended end part and the foot treadle flexible shaft support; the foot treadle flexible shaft support on the two sides of the extended section is connected with foot accelerator support fixing bolts; the extended end part is connected with a foot accelerator flexible shaft; the end part of the foot accelerator flexible shaft is provided with an engine and accelerator connecting Y-shaped connector; and the rotating shaft of the foot treadle is also connected with a hand brake pulling plate connected with the spindle of the hand accelerator flexible shaft. The flexible shaft connecting link mechanism for double-accelerator control has the advantages of: 1, working in two states, namely a constant-speed state and a variable-speed state; 2, protecting the shaft cores of the flexible shafts from bending forces and having long service life; and 3, making installation convenient and saving space.
