A light fixture having a flower petal-type opening/shutting structure according to the present invention comprises: a body unit with a cylindrical structure; a lighting unit arranged in front of the body unit to emit light; a plurality of interlocking levers rotatably arranged along the circumference of the body unit; opening/shutting units, each of which has a petal shape and which are arranged along the circumference of the body unit to open/shut the lighting unit, and which are connected to the interlocking levers to move according to the movement of the interlocking levers; and an opening/shutting driving mechanism installed in the body unit to rotate the interlocking levers to open and shut the opening/shutting units. The light fixture with the flower petal-type opening/shutting structure achieves an aesthetic enhancement, increases environmental-friendliness, and is aesthetically pleasing.
