College Teachers as Role Models of both Virtue and Expertise

Professor Kuang proposes that college teachers are expected to be role models of virtue and expertise, who will undoubtedly benefit college students on campus in return. In order to promote the above proposal mentioned by professor Kuang, the article makes an analysis of the status quo and suggests some corresponding strategies for reference.
