The low-temperature aerobic denitrifying bacterium pseudomonas brassicacerarum subsp.brassicacearum BW0806 has a preservation number of CCTCC NO:M2015094. The bacterial strain can grow at 10-15 DEG C, and can realize denitrifying under an aerobic condition with a low carbon-nitrogen ratio. At 15 DEG C, the removal rate for 72h nitrate and total nitrogen of the bacterium under the aerobic condition with initial nitrate concentration of 30mg/L (DO higher than 2mg/L) at 15 DEG C is 100%. The low-temperature aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain is suitable for denitrifying and denitriding a eutrophic body of water and nitrogen-containing wastewater under the aerobic condition at a low temperature.
