SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel ethyl 1,6-diaryl-4-aroyl-3-hydroxy-2-oxo-8-phenyl-1,7-diazaspiro[4,4]nona-3,6,8-trien-9-carboxilates of formula , where Ar stands for Ph, C 6 H 4 Me-4; R stands for C 6 H 4 Me-4, C 6 H 4 OMe-4, which demonstrate analgesic activity. Compounds are obtained by interaction of 1-aryl-4,5-diaroly-1H-pyrrole-2,3-dione with ethyl ether of 3-amino-3-phenylpropenoic acid with ratio 1:1 in medium of boiling absolute benzene with further separation of target products.
