The invention discloses a clean production method of high-concentration nano cellulose fibrils. The method specifically includes the following steps that lignocellulose is preprocessed through a mechanical method, and the preprocessed material is subjected to enzyme treatment, nanocrystallization grinding, filtering and high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain the high-concentration nano cellulose fibrils. The lignocellulose is preprocessed with compounded enzyme, and the prepared nano cellulose fibrils have the high yield and concentration. In the whole preparation process, chemical reagents which damage the environment are not used, the wastewater discharge amount is low, the technology is simple, and the safe and environment-friendly method is provided for large-scale production of the high-concentration nano cellulose fibrils. The low-cost lignocellulose raw material is converted into the high-additional-value nano cellulose fibrils, and the social benefits and economic benefits are good.
