The invention discloses a piston cooling device for an opposed piston two-stroke internal combustion engine, which comprises an oscillating cooling oil tube (1), a free bottom-spraying cooling oil tube (2), an oil spraying tube base (3), a piston (4), a free bottom-spraying cooling oil spraying nozzle (5) and an oscillating cooling oil spraying nozzle (6). The oil spraying tube base (3) is arranged on one side of the piston (4), which is provided with a big round mouth; the oil spraying tube base (3) is respectively connected with the oscillating cooling oil tube (1) and the free bottom-spraying cooling oil tube (2); the oscillating cooling oil tube (1) connected with the oscillating cooling oil spraying nozzle (6) is arranged inside the side of the piston (4), which is provided with the big round mouth; and the free bottom-spraying cooling oil tube (2) connected with the free bottom-spraying cooling oil spraying nozzle (5) is arranged inside the side of the piston (4), which is provided with the big round mouth. The piston cooling device obviously reduces a heat load of the piston of the opposed two-stroke internal combustion engine and provides guarantee for normal and durable working of the piston of the internal combustion engine.
