The article deals with a problem that exists in the DESOFT Computer Applications Company that affects its workforce of more than 2,300 workers scattered throughout the country, mostly technicians and specialists working in project teams. It is a business need that they are permanently updated in computer issues and other knowledge nuclei. The aim of the work is to present a solution to obtain these objectives and to analyze the role played by the leader of a project, adding the function of trainer of the team he leads.
