This dataset contains raw Excel file for the paper "Photon phase shift at the few-photon level and optical switching by a quantum dot in a microcavity". There are 7 data sets which support the figures in the paper. Data set 1 provides the PL measurement for the QD used under an 8T Voigt geometry magnetic field. Data set 2 contains the reflectivity scans for LCP and RCP light, scanning across the QD cavity. Data set 3 and 4 contain the results used to calculate photon phase changes and create a model for these changes. Data sets 5 and 6 contain reflectivity spectra for LCP and RCP signals under different conditions. Data set 7 contains the data used to model the rate equations of the system and our model results. All data other than data set 1 was collected using APDs. Data set 1 was done with a CCD/spectrometer setup. Matlab was used to create the data for the theoretical models.
