The invention provides a concrete pavement reinforced shrinkage crack structure. The concrete pavement reinforced shrinkage crack structure comprises a shrinkage crack area, a broken area formed in the shrinkage crack area by reinforcing steel bars of a concrete pavement, force transfer rod brackets arranged at the two sides of the broken area, and force transfer rods arranged on the force transfer rod brackets. The invention provides the concrete pavement reinforced shrinkage crack structure and a construction method thereof; the reinforcing steel bars in a concrete surface layer in shrinkage cracks are broken, and the middle broken positions are connected by the force transfer rods, so that the shrinkage cracks are preferably shrunk, and the cracks are prevented; and the force transfer rods can connect concrete at the two sides of the shrinkage cracks so as to guarantee no break of the concrete in the shrinkage cracks.
