Seismic Forward Modeling in The Metamorphic Buried Hills in Liaohe Depression

Abstract The metamorphic fracture buried hill have good hydrocarbon reservoir in Liaohe Depression, but prediction and describing the buried hill is very difficult. Models of lithology, section cross well and high-angle fracture zone were built and forwarded by seismic raytracing. It was found that amphibolite could easily show seismic response with other lithology although the response was disturbed by seismic noise, seismic response of high-angle fracture zone positive correlation with its width and height.
