Carrier roller girders perpendicular to a pair of edge frames of the frame body are fixedly arranged between the edge frames of the frame body at intervals. Carrier rollers perpendicular to the carrier roller girders are fixedly arranged between every two adjacent carrier roller girders at intervals. The carrier rollers perpendicular to carrier roller girders are fixedly arranged between edge frames, parallel to the carrier roller girders, on the frame body and every two adjacent carrier roller girders at intervals. The pair of edge frames of the frame body is further fixedly provided with vertical girders respectively. A beam parallel to the carrier rollers is fixed between the two vertical girders. The top face of the beam is provided with a sliding guide rail. In the working process, the semiautomatic cutting machine is arranged on the sliding guide rail on the top face of the beam, and the semiautomatic cutting machine cuts and machines workpieces conveniently; when the workpieces are cut, the workpieces to be cut are placed on a carrier roller table facet formed by the carrier rollers and are pushed to a cutting head of the semiautomatic cutting machine, the semiautomatic cutting machine can accurately position the cutting portions of the workpieces, the cut parts meet the standard, and working efficiency is high.
