The invention discloses a method for improving a coal ratio in schreyerite blast furnace smelting. The method comprises 1, controlling a wind temperature of a hot air furnace for pulverized coal injection in a range of 1180-1200 DEG C, 2, controlling blast furnace top pressure in a range of 130-140kpa, 3, utilizing an electric axial-flow type blower as a blast furnace main fan and 4, controlling molten iron [Si+Ti] content less than 0.45%. In schreyerite blast furnace smelting, on the premise of no influence on smooth furnace work, a coal ratio is maximized, a blast furnace coke ratio is reduced and an ironmaking cost is effectively reduced.
